ALLOW ME TO BRAG
Last Sunday was one of the more memorable activities I have been a part of in recent years. Our teens were asked to bring their own money to purchase gifts for underprivileged children in Mexico. They responded with tremendous generosity bringing almost $550 which, divided by 26 teens, came out to over $21 a person!

AREA WIDE YOUTH SEMINAR
we will head to McKinney for an Area Wide Youth Praise Night at the High Pointe Church of Christ. We will leave the building at 4:15 and return around 8:30. [more]
AREA WIDE YOUTH SERVICE NEXT SUNDAY NIGHT
We will leave the building at 4:15 and return around 8:30. Please sign up in the Youth Suite if you plan to attend (I’ll need to give their Youth Minister a head count next Wednesday Night). The cost is $4 and you might also want bring a few dollars for Ice Cream on the way home.[more]

Middle School Retreat
November 21-22 will be our Middle School Retreat. All 6th - 8th graders are invited to this incredible weekend.[more]
THANKS PARENTS
We had a great turnout last Sunday for our parents meeting. Thanks to everyone who hung around. Your involvement is greatly appreciated and your feedback is invaluable. At the meeting we discussed doing a technology seminar to help parents familiarize themselves with things like Facebook, MySpace, Internet Filters, and general safety with today's technology.[more]
PARENTS MEETING
This morning, after worship, we will have a meeting for all those with children grades 6th -12th. Childcare will be provided for 5th grade and under, while our 6th-12th graders enjoy a lunch at Taco Bueno.[more]

Our Parents’ Meeting is next Sunday immediately following morning worship. Please mark on your card how many from your family will be in attendance (adults and children).[more]
BELLOWS NACHO DINNER!
We will leave the building at 4:30 and return around 8:15. We’ll eat nachos, have a devotional, play games and fellowship together. Guys, please bring a 2 liter drink and girls, a dessert item.
